For returns of products provided by Amazon.com or Amazon.com Affiliates we recommend you contact Amazon.com to notify them that a return is being made prior to contacting our customer support.

Returns Policy

General Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by iNTERNETAUTOMOTIVEMALL within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds
Your refund will be paid by Amazon.com. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:

  • Most items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any item that has been opened/taken out of its plastic wrap. (If you discover that the item is defective after the package is opened, a full refund or replacement will still be granted.)
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

Partial Refund Rates
These standards will be used to determine partial refund rates

  • Any unopened item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item's price.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price.

You may request an exchange by contacting our customer support using the information provided on the "Contact Us" page of this website.

Returns from other sellers
Items purchased from other sellers must be returned directly to that seller. Upon receipt of your return, the seller will contact Amazon.com to initiate the refund process. You'll receive an e-mail from Amazon.com confirming the amount once the refund has been completed.
