Works as it's suppose too.
I like the stand so I don't have to try and lean it up against something.
 Dead On Arrival Aug 10, 2010
Just received the unit today. Unfortunately, it was dead on arrival. Swapped out the included batteries with fresh ones and verified the fuse was not blown. No go, unit was dead as a doornail. Will be returning it to Amazon.com for an exchange; might update rating if the replacement actually works.

Good and inexpensive general purpose meter for everyday home use. I use the meter to test disposable batteries, light bulbs, outlets, lamp cord and automotive charging voltage level. Very handy and the digital display is much better than the $5 dime-store needle version. Very satisfied!

I lost my trusty Fluke (bought it a LONG time ago, for a lot of $$$ for me at the time). This meter is amazing for the price. Buy it, do not be scared for the low price, this is an incredible deal for an autoranging meter.

Good Meter, it does what it says it does. Good for small and large projects. For the price you can't beat what it does. It comes with a hand strap on back, instructions, the two tips and batteries. Has a battery indicator too. Can't go wrong with the price!! You could go buy something more fancy or brand name but money is stretched nowadays isn't.
