 So far works great May 26, 2010
i live in a city that rains all the time (vancouver) so you need good blades. so far this has been great, no streaks, provides very clear driving.
it was simple to attach.
why doesnt it get a 5 star? well its too soon for that. lets see how this puppy holds up

I've had these for several months but will definitely not buy again.
The problems started with a piece of leaf that stuck to the windshield. After wiping over this a few times and not removing it, I removed it with my finger but the blade left a streak in that spot for months. The wipers are also very streaky in general and not just in the area of the former leaf.
They wipe ok in one direction but very poorly in the opposite direction. The problem is that the water that gets pushed to the center of the windshield by the first wiper does not get removed by the second wiper and leaves a big spot that just doesn't come clean.
I cleaned the blades with alcohol and rain-x'd the windshield recently. This helped a little but overall these wipers are awful.

These are the best, I actually enjoy driving in the rain and snow in my 07 subaru since I do not worry about my clarity of the windshield. Plus THere was a $15, I believe, rebate which sealed the deal.

My title says all, did review and was about 50-50 on performance, but took the chance, because in my mind anything is better than OEM. Was completely wrong on that thought, OEM was able to keep window clean on up and down movement. The Bosch wiper 422A blade leaves about 3 inch smear in viewing area (area as you are looking straight ahead) on down movement. Went to Bosch web page and ensured 422A was driver side, but flip position with 422B anyways and now only leaves about ΒΌ inch smear in lower part of viewing area. DO NOT Recommend these at all, if you do not trust OEM blades try something else, because Bosch 422A/B ICON Wiper Blades are a waste of your money.

I have been buying and trying wiper blades for the past 30 years attempting to find the best performing and longest lasting blades. I have never found one that has lasted like the Bosch Icon. It also has performed outstandingly. I first purchased them for my 2004 Tahoe 2 1/2 years ago based on their magazine ads, and they are just now starting to streak and skip slightly. I could easily get another 6 months out of them, but as I am somewhat of a perfectionist, I am ordering two new 22" blades for my Tahoe. They clean better than any of almost every brand made that I have tried and last the longest by far. I have been using them for over two years on all my three vehicles and have not yet had to replace them. I used to buy them at Auto Zone, but a 22" currently costs $23.00 there. Amazon is the lowest price I have found.
