Accutire's programmable digital tire gauge is an easy-to-use, multi-featured gauge with an extra large, blue, backlit LCD screen and ergonomic styling. It measures PSI from 5-99 pounds in 0.5-pound units, and includes the patent-protected Set Point programmable feature which allows for recording the factory-recommended tire pressure for both front and rear tires. I got a peice of junk Sep 01, 2010
Not much to say here. After using this about 10 times, it stoped working. The digital screen just showed strange symbols, even after I changed the battery.

I needed to buy two new tire pressure gauges to replace some older digital ones that were failing. I spent quite a while looking at gauges. There seems to be quite a poor market for tire pressure gauges. This Accutire MS-4350B is actually the best gauge I could find when you consider price, design, and features. I ordered two, and with free Amazon shipping I couldn't beat Amazon's price anywhere else.

When I received the gauges I immediately had to send one back because the LED light on the tip did not work. It did not seem damaged, just defective from the factory. No problems at all with Amazon's amazing return policy.

Pros:
-Fits nicely in hand. Good design.
-Large, well lit screen.
-Quick auto on/off.
-Beep tells you when reading is ready.
-Reads in .5 PSI increments.
-Easy to use.

Cons:
-Cheaply made.
-Battery door (the rubber grip) is poorly fitted on both my gauges with a large gap at the top end opposite the screw. This makes the door loose.
-I wouldn't want to use this in the rain or get it wet.
-No case.
-Loose fit over tire stems requires extra effort to get a reading.

Good tool for a great price, it has a flash light and a blue LED screen too, making tire readings in the dark easier.

I have a digital tire gauge but the
letters/numbers were so dim I couldn't read it.

This digital tire gauge is terrific, big number display
and very easy to use.

It reminds me of the phaser from Star Trek TNG. Not sure about its performance though.
